Just a question, but if I were to use frames, would I have to make two webpages for every page on my site? One for the right side and one that shows the actual frames? Or is there a way I can add frames to an existing site?

No you dont, the frame atomatically stays.

You just add the frame code once. The pages always stay inside the frame....the code is what hold everything together.

And yes, you can make an existing site framed.

Yes...Just save the frame code (and ONLY the frame code) as index.html
