Try a div (http://www.lissaexplains.com/html7.shtml) . You can use absolute positioning to position them where you need them.
In the future, please try and be a little more patient, someone will help you if they know how :).

Make an image and add some text boxes around it. Then you can use div layers. If you can't figure it out, you can contact me on neopets. Username's SaeMayu.
