I saw a really cool menu on a frame and want to know how to get one on my page.... go to www.geocities.com/equineinstincts and see therre menu. when you click on one of the available things, it pops down with more available options.... Could you tell me the code for that??? Thanks.

All they did in the left frame was have a main page with the links on. Then when the link was clicked, a page loaded in that same left frame that had the main links, plus extra links for that section.
