can someone show me how to make a working email form please? i used the one on lissa's website, but it didn't work, i am using internet explorer. i think maybe the [action="mailto:"] tag may not work in IE, please send some suggestions.

You may have to use a remotely hosted email form, the one on Lissa's page works kind of funny in some browsers.
Bravenet (http://www.bravenet.com) is a good place to get an email form, a quick search would bring up other suggestions too :)
If your server supports PHP/CGI you could also host a script on your own server instead of using remotely hosted.
