I got given a code to stop the pages caching but it's not doing what it should! Is there anyone who knows how to stop them caching? I can't see my updates unless i press f5 refresh and this is really annoying because i use iframes and it doesn't refresh the page inside the iframe all the time. Is there a way to stop them caching?
Another thing that's bothering me is do the visitors also see the cached website so they won't see updates? That may explain loss of visitors

Really, it depends on the browser. Mozilla browsers by default check the page for new updates periodically.
I'm not sure you can prevent a web site from being cached, however.

as bigolblob said it depends alot on the browser. Aol is the worst. IE I have no problems with and thats what 90% of the people coming to my website use.
