1) Go to "Effects", put your mouse on Noise. Then choose Add Noise.
2) Go to "Effects", put your mouse on Blur. Choose Soften.
3) Go to "Effects", put your mouse on Texture Effects. Then choose Fur.
It's really cool and works especially well to make a background when you flood fill the image with the gradient "Summer Field". Try it out!
