heres the story, I'm working in notebook on my computer with html and everything is going good, until I save the changes and view the page, everytime the background starts out as a bright blue, instead of white (like my friends see when I send them the file), I can change the color to white if I want just by changing the background color with html, but I can't figure out how to get it to just start out white...
I've noticed that when I'm on the web, pages like "No page found" have the same blue background.
Is it my browser? I use internet explorer with windows 98 (but I sent it too my friend who also had 98, and they saw white..)
What can I do to have it always be white?

Yeah I'm a please watch your language, my computer had the background set as blue...
(I hate my family..)
