How do people make online games....eg. ((Neopets, Waronline.com, Power Pets and others)) Do they use a javascript or just raw HTML and if so...what is the code!?! :)

php is a complete language unlike html or css..
it'd be best to take a course on it
since i don't know it, no i cannot recommend any

Um....do you know any javascripts that change things (pictures, text, etc) based on what time it is...and is there a way to get one that if you for instance, click on a button, it would reset whatever was being changed to its orgional state?
