OK, hi I'm new, I'm 13, blah blah blah.

Anyway... Here are my two questions... I'm pretty frustrated right now.

1. What program can you use to make plain cursors (i.e. blahblah.cur)

2. What website can you upload it to that will let you upload ".cur"s?

3. What is the HTML AND CSS code for the .cur?

P.S. EDIT: I can't play in the Arcade for some reason. I'm not like hacking into anyone's account, and my account is activated...

1. PSP. Make your cursor, then goto the animation shop, and save it as .cur or .ani
2. Usually any website provider, like Geocities I know works with those.
3. Look in the CSS section of LEIA.

PS. You need 100 posts, and to be in the forum a month to play the games. :D
