First off, open another graphic program say like MS Paint and create the first part of your blinkie. Example (http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/blackcat/tutorial/01.png). (the blinkie is zoomed in to be seen better :D )

Create a new folder and name it anything you want and save your first part of the blinkie there. (Save it as any type you want but I recomend saving it in .png format :D )

Create the next part of your blinkie. Example (http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/blackcat/tutorial/02.png).

Continue doing that until you've all the parts of the blinkie. Oh, and make sure that you saved all of it the new folder you created. (VERY IMPORTANT!)

Now open ImageReady. Click on File > Import > Folder as Frames. Example (http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/blackcat/tutorial/03.png).

Select the folder where you saved your blinkies. (Mine is called 'tutorial') Example (http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/blackcat/tutorial/04.png).

Now all the parts of the blinkie are made into frames. Example (http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/blackcat/tutorial/05.png).

To save it go to File > Save Optimized As... Example (http://img1.photobucket.com/albums/1003/blackcat/tutorial/06.png). You should be able to save it as .gif.

Now you should have blinkie made in ImageReady. :D
