I've made the picture that I want. But I wouldn't have a clue how to make the code. Can anyone help me?

What I do, is I go to the page where Neopets has all of their blogs, pick the blog with the colors I like, and then use that code, replacing their image with mine. So with yours, try this code:

well all you really need is an image program...even paint would work. If you look at Kate's blog you can see it's made up of two boxes. The welcome box and the content box. So really you need to draw those boxes, choose colors you want, and images. But if you can get your hold on Photoshop or PSP that would be great too. Jasc.com has free trial versions of PSP.

just use divs, put them into a table then position another one within the table
