This is just out of curious. How do people disable the Edit button up there in a IE toolbar? I know people can still view your source code by right clicking (if not disabled), but still wanna know how to do that.

There isn't a way to disable the "Edit" on the top of your browser. It's not controlled by the webmaster, it's apart of your computer.

But then not every page has the Edit button off! Some of them do show the page. I thought it's an html thing (or css or javascript or whatsoever). Even some people's personal websites have the Edit button 'disabled'.

Example: this page has the Edit disabled, while in my homepage please do NOT advertise , you could still use the Edit thingy. Is it me or what? The school computer here (I'm a boarder) is still IE 5.0 so maybe it really is me. Not sure.

I'm able to use the edit function, I'm not really sure what is the matter.
