and if you're using IE the blog is overlapped by the logo, but in FireFox and Netscape it is where I want it to be. Is there anything I did wrong to make IE mad?!

You might want to try putting your image in a div file with your frame, or absolute positioning them. I'm having trouble getting your page to load fully, so you might want to try running your scripts through a validator.
