actually, for neopets, i don't suggest using css, because its not like you got many pages to deal with, its either the user lookup, the shops, etc.. so, just use simple codes, like <font> code, etc...

css is allowed on user lookups as far as i know. on shops a lot of codes are disabled... but css is great for guilds.
