i've seen somewhere a graphic that looked like it has torn edges. any way i can do that with photoshop or something?

If you have Paint Shop Pro, you can go to 'image' and then 'picture frame'. I'm not so sure about Photoshop, but i'd imagine it would be very similar. There's quite a selection of frames to choose from. =) Sorry i couldn't be of anymore help!
