I used the the three div. and header css from lissa's site, and wanted 2 know if theres a way to make the layout not fluid. Or watever that is. So that when I make a window smaller the layout isnt meant to fit in it.

I don't think that layout is fluid in the first place, seeing as all measurements and positioning is done in pixels.
