does any one know how to design the layout for my diary?
everyone else's seems good and I cant find a site to help me design it and how to do it!
and also i wanna put a picture on there

First off, which I guess you already know, angelfire doesn't allow direct linking. You're going to have to go on an endless search (and I'm serious about this) to find a host that hot-links. Either that, or you can have a friend that has an account that can direct link to upload it for you. You need to have it uploaded unto something make it show as a background.

I'd help you furthur if I knew what kind of diary you had. If it's a livejournal, I'll be able to help you in a heart beat.
