View Full Version : Shop border.
kaylee_24 04-10-2004, 12:03 PM I have a border around the items in my shop but at the bottom where it says
NEOPETS, characters, logos... And so on ....
it's on the right side, how do I get it centered to where it was before I added the border?
Thanks :)
Lissa 04-10-2004, 01:11 PM Can you list your shop url here so someone can take a look?
kaylee_24 04-11-2004, 08:58 AM Hi, here is the url to my shop:
http://www.neopets.com/browseshop.phtml?owner=kaylee_24
Thank you very much :)
Demented 04-11-2004, 06:21 PM Hve you tried centering the whole border? With the <center> tag? That may help, but Im not sure. Neopets has some HTML you can't use, [or used to] for some reason.
kaylee_24 04-11-2004, 07:30 PM Yeah it's already centred, I have tried allsorts lol!
SSPrincess 04-13-2004, 05:52 PM How big is your screen resolution? Because, I have a very large one, and on mine, the Neopets, characters, and etc. is centered in the middle of my screen, so I think it is due to screen resolution. I also checked several other sites with borders around their items, and all of them are all so centered, so it's either the screen resolution, or just something that can't be changed.
I hope this is helpful. Have a nice day! :)
kaylee_24 04-14-2004, 02:33 PM Hmm, I don't know. My screen reseloution is set to 1024 by 768.
SSPrincess 04-14-2004, 05:16 PM 1280x800 is my screen resolution, and on it, that stuff is centered...perhaps it's just something that can't be altered...

try puttin <border color=#hexcode> see if it works "-"
kaylee_24 04-14-2004, 10:16 PM Thanks very much, I have tried adding "<border color=#hexcode>" but that doesn't seem to work either, I know that there must be something to center it because in other shops I have seen it centered. Hmm I have no idea at all. Thank you everyone for your help though, it's greatly appreciated :)
kiara 04-15-2004, 02:32 AM you know that your not supposed to put "<border color=#hexcode>" your supposed to put "<border color=#FFFFFF>" or another color instead of FFFFFF
kaylee_24 04-15-2004, 11:11 AM Oh yeah I repleced it with a hex colour!!
kiara 04-15-2004, 09:52 PM just making sure ^-^
kaylee_24 04-16-2004, 01:13 PM lol, ok! Thanks :)
