hello all out there, i would like to know if it is possible to use css like frames, you know to make the left side of each page the same as one page?

so that when u edit it, it will be easy as you do not need to go to the various pages.

if you know how to do it, do you care to paste the code here cuz i did not understand the css section from lissa, thx alot =)
