Yes, deleting cookies is safe you just lose like all your saved passwords.

Okay. So if I delete them all, all I'll have to do next time I sign in to LEIA is to click "remember password". I have a lot of junk that I want to get rid of, that's all. Thanks a bunch!

yes, as long as you know your password, you can delete as many cookies as you like.
