I just found out something about my computer. It won't let me uplod. It's been working fine the days before, but all of a sudden I get a "Cannot display page" error everytime I upload. Is there a way to fix this?

You can try an ftp client such as wsftp-pro or le. It's free for students. Then you are able to trace the real error. I think your account is blocked or the server is simply offline. Never heard of an isp that blocked the ftp upload port and without upload you can't even surf the web.
