hi...um i have a picture and i want to make it wider and longer. the lil arrow on the bottom of the toolbar wasnt lit up so i couldnt use it. is there any way that i could go and resize the pic, like maybe picking the dimensions of the picture? how do i do that or how do i make that lil arrow resizing thing light up so i can use it again? thanks a lot! :)

In PSP8 have you tried image>resize>lock aspect ratio, with the image open?
