Okay, I have a huge dilemma (sp?) right now and I'm getting so frustrated. I have literally spent all searching for a new free host for my site and still haven't found a very good one. And I'm hoping someone here could recommend one for me.

My site is a "sims site" for the PC game "The Sims". My site has a lot of downloads, so it uses a lot of bandwidth. My current host, which I moved to about 4 months ago, (which is also a "sims site" that hosts other "sims sites" for free) has been down for a week and I have no idea if/when it's coming back and I'm getting just too frustrated to deal with a host like this. I didn't get any warning ahead of time, and no contact from the host either. I'm really frustrated because this host is good, in that it has given me as much space & bandwidth I want, FTP access, and as many email addresses I want, but since it's been down, I'm sure a lot of people have already lost interest in my site.

I really want to find a host that provides everything I have with my current host, but I would prefer the server to be actually working 95% of the time.

If you have any ideas or recommendations I would really appreciate it.

Okay. It all depends on personal preference. A lot of bandwith, eh? Try geocities.com. Good, reliable, works well. Only 1 little ad. Of course it depends on what you want.
