ermm... I think www.soup-faerie.com is a good choice... and I haven't been on neopets in FOREVER... but... I think there is some pet called CSShelp and on his pet page there is look-up help

Check the notice board too. More and more websites are putting neopets tutorials on them, and a lot like to display a banner/advertisement there :D
