Ok, a few days ago I joined Neopets, but I can't feed my pet, buy food, apply for a bank account, play SOME games, post in the forum and more.
It just comes up with an error message saying if I keep getting the message then chances are it's something to do with my computer security.
Last night my dad took at look at the computer security but nothing he did made the site work.

I've played Neopets before, but that was on our old PC.

I have no idea what to do now or what to look for.
I'm not about to just not play because I enjoy it and it's fun!

The only security thing I know of that we have on our PC is ZoneAlarm Pro.

So any suggestions or ANYTHING will be so very much appreciated.

Thank you!

How long ago did you sign up? It may just be that your account isn't old enough...

I don't know anything about ZoneAlarm Pro, but what did your dad do to try to make it work?

I would say that maybe your too young to access the full site, but thats probably not the case. Check what age you submitted. Its just a guess, but maybe you have a firewall thats disabling you from neopets. I wouldnt see why though.

Try going into your old account that you had on your other computer. That might fix it too.

I signed up about four days ago, but the whole site should work fully as soon as your account is activated, and mine is.

My dad checked out to see if there was a firewall, or if any of our settings were stopping me from using the site.
He put the site in the 'trusted sites' thing too.

I'm nearly 16, so no, it's not :)
I double checked my age, and it's right.
I'm going to get my dad to check to see if there is a firewall again.

I also logged into my old account, but I still had the same problem.

Thanks for the ideas, though :)

It is probably something having to do with your computer and not neopets, then. In fact, it's probably something having to do with your security system.

The only other possible thing I can come up with (I'm no expert, though;)) is that maybe if you can somehow take the security thingy off, and then put it back on and put neopets in your 'trusted sites' or whatever, it might work then. Maybe.

Sorry I can't come up with anything better. :(
