does ne1 know if you can make little sparkles on your graphics and how do u do if you can? thanx!

pixel sparkles or 3dish sparkles?

and the 3dish ones are in your Picture tube tool (if you dont know what it is go to the help section in the PSP program ;) )

oh wat the heck! um, wen i opened the folder after d/ling it it has that lil white window icon with the junk in it. is there any other sites u kno of?

are you sure you downloaded/installed it correctly?
