does ne1 know how starlet made the bg for her avatar with the swooshes and swirls? b/c i want my bg on my blog to look like that. i have psp8 if that helps. can ne1 tell me exactly what you have to do to make that? thanks a lot in advance!

I think it was done with brushes....not sure though! Wait til Bethygirl gets on and im sure she will let you know if someone else hasnt already (she made it for me :))
