Hi k I'm new to making icons and I was just wondering a couple things. First how do you take a template and put the image in it? second whenever I do fonts they look messy and the icon looks like i did it in paint. I kinda just want to know how to make an icon like this

Just take an image, cut some parts out, draw a border around the remains, save it as a transparent gif and you have your icon.

k thanxs um do you know how to do the font without it looking like I did it in Paint?
