How do you make blinkies on Neopets? :confused:

I think you need an animation program (such as Animation Shop) to first create the blinkie. And then, after doing that, you need an image host (since Neopets doesn't host images) such as http://photobucket.com.

adding the blinkie once your done is a different story... lol. you need to add a code to your about me seciton or whatever its called (the bix white box) and then put '.<u></u>' as your name. i ithnk jennsblinkies tells you. sry if i'm wrong.

i did mine the cheap way. its a fake bliinkie that doesn't blink. it's an imitation blinkie which is actually a small .bmp file. hahaha. check it. my username is ham_let but i don't check it now. i just like my user lookup

that's a good thing! asking questions is the only way (well, the only good way) there's always a firt time for everything. soon you'll be more comfortable with this suff you can answer the questions. ;) and if no one asked questions the moderatiors wouldn't have anything to do! lol
