I'm trying to put my 'dolls' on my website. I'm using MSPaint (I know it's a crappy program)..My question is, how would/should I save them so when they are uploaded onto my website I don't have all that extra space inbetween each of the pictures?
no bad words please
(i wish i can edit the posts :) )

*doesn't get the reply above*
you will need a program that lets you save transparency images. I don't think ms paint does that :) psp www.jasc.com and photoshop www.adobe.com do let you do that. Also TheGimp and PhotoPlus probably support it too

If you are looking for something free and easy to make things transparent (i don't know if thegimp is free)...i say use giffy, i can't remember the site i got the download off of but i searched google and got this site, and it seems ok http://mysoft.s5.com/ its the 2nd last one
and the site seems to have all these other downloads that might be useful... :) hope this helps

i don't know if thegimp is free
It is. Windows port of Gimp 1.2.x doesn't support writing gif files without an extra plugin (which I personally could never get to work), but I don't know how 2.0 handles it.
the gimp is free for mac windows and linux, i use it for mac and LOVE IT
