Can Anyone help me on line stretching? Like this

When I do it in Paint Shop Pro it comes out like this when I press the flood fill on it theres like lines so you can actually see where i did the rectangle..when I go on sites they are like really smooth..(well they look it!)

This is when it shows how big the rectangles are..

But i want it smooth like how it shows in the little example box..

Does anyone know how to do this?

Well, i'd make a box (with the selection tool) at the bottom of the picture you're trying to make look stretched and then go to the retouch tool and select push. Then just use it to push the bits of picture downwards (you might have to alter the settings so it pushes smoothly.) Then just select the bit you've made smooth and copy then paste it as a new image then just select it on the pattern things and then use your paintbucket or brush to fill the rest in.
