That's Paint Shop Pro 7. Unfortuanately, it's just a trial version.

I believe www.adobe.com Provides a trial version of photoshop! Not very sure but I heard so.

I believe the trial version of photshop doesn't allow you to save, paint shop pro's trial version does allow you to save.
