okay i dont know if this is possible.. but i have an i frame inside of a table.. is there a way that i can target the links from my iframe to open in my table?? i dont want to have to put the iframe on all my pages.. the page is here (http://www.freewebs.com/gotfaith3/index.htm) .. thanks in advance

No, you can't target links to a table. Instead of the table though, you could use another iframe. That way, you could target the links from one iframe to another. Or you could just go with regular frames - http://www.lissaexplains.com/frames.shtml#frameset
