Okay, I'm not exactly sure if my question should be on this board but I think that it belongs here. It certainly couldn't hurt, right? Right.

I need a lot of help with my LiveJournal. I just got an account and, for the most part, I'm pretty much lost. I want to know how to design myself a really spiffy lil background and I want to know how to use icons - the whole works. Does anyone know a helpful website that lays out LiveJournal instructions (or something like that)?
