I use www.infrenion.com... I have unlimited POP emails and 100mb of space. The custom package I have is only $3 a month, and the domain name is $10.95/yr (was $12.95). Their support is great (they're nice and really fast at getting back to you). You can visit their site for more info, since I don't know what else you want to know...

by the way, you can get a free email service from http://www.zzn.com and you don't have to have a domain for it! I use it on my site.
