it is from sitemeter.com you gotta sign up for that.
If you hover that one at a-n.com/ you will see the url, click on it and you will be brought to the page from sitemeter.com or the page with the statics from that site (depends on what the host from the site selected)

Those clocks are made by her. If you click on the clock, it takes you to the page.

So this must mean she has obtained a code, customized it, and put the clocks on her site.
