Okay, your problem is unneccessary spaces (space bar hits) after the images.

Make sure that there are no spaces after
<IMG SRC="http://noilprairies.fragzzzzz.com/images/v2_01.gif">

and inbetween
<img src="http://noilprairies.fragzzzzz.com/images/spacer.gif" width=0 height=401> &

<img src="http://noilprairies.fragzzzzz.com/images/v2_12.gif">

And you should be okay.
