is it possible to have more than one browser installed on your pc?

Yeah, I have Firefox (http://www.mozilla.org), opera (hate it), netscape (don't use it much), and IE (freezes a lot).

Like Lissa said, there are several browsers...you can look through them. As far as which is best, it depends on personal taste, how that browser acts with your computer...

I have Netscape, IE and Opera on my computer. I use Netscape the most.

I c, I guess I should probably stick with Opera before my computer blows up or something lol and my dad always gets mad cause he thinks she do all kinds of wierd stuff on the computer and it WOULD blow up one day *laughs* funny

I use IE but its sometimes really slow and freeses. I think i'll have a look at firefox.

I primarily use Opera, but I keep IE for those sites that aren't non-IE compatible.

i use IE. i used to like netscape a lot but my website looked all weird on it so i stopped using it :D i don't like opera.. i also tried the mozilla one and i didn't like it much either.

i dunno.. i'm too lazy to figure out how :buckt: it probably works now because i'm no longer using iframes [too much hassle ;)].

i just downloaded mozilla again to see why i didn't like it and when i went to my page, the whole page showed up inside my scrolling DIV layer which was meant for my blog. except the background showed up normally. stupid mozilla :mad: does anyone know how i could make it mozilla compatible, too? :lol:

if it's netscape compatible, it'll be mozilla compatible..and your site is messed up on netscape :(

arg. i wonder what the problem is. DIV layers must be compatible with netscape & mozilla, right? maybe it's something in the CSS [i just started using a CSS layout].

also [sorry i'm getting a bit off topic], sometimes i get an error on my page and it says the problem is on line 28, character 37.. and i count the lines but there is no error there! so, what "lines" are they referring to? i wish there was just a universal browser that was compatible with all websites :(

[now there's that error on line 197 character 34 :lol:]

Thanks people... i'll try downloading netscape and give it a go. One strange thing.. on my last computer, I used IE, but sometimes it told me i was using Mozilla which i didn't even install. Any ideas why?
