Can a person report internet harassment, like if someone is constantly harrassing you (or threatening to hack your site or something) on your own site (and you have their ip address)? If you can who do you report them to?

well yes it can be reported..You can report it to, for example lets say they are saying this through aol, you report them to them..If they have a site, report it to their host and ect ect. Im not sure if theres an official to reporting harrasment. Also you can block them but blocking their IP adress. You can go to this site blocked url, plagiarized items on this site and it'll tell you how to ban a certain IP address
