I have a prob which whenever i try to access something, it says something like"Oops, you have been directed to the wrong page. Chances are you have some securety systems whicha arent allowing you to play neopets correctly."

It really stinks. First, one of my neofriends mailed me telling me that she once had that problem and all i needed to do was turn off javascript. then another person said to turn off Firewall. Then the NeopetSupport person mailed me saying it was probably because i needed to turn ON javascript.

Please, it's very confusing, and i'm a wreck. If you know how to turn whatever ON or OFF, or what i've got to do, please post or PM me.

hmm it could be that you're on the wrong site of neopets, I went to neopet.com and it showed the index site, but where ever I tried to go somewhere else it didn't work~maybe saying something like yours or saying refresh the site isn't available, something. Then I noticed the url address and forgot the s at the end, so it's neopets.com. see if the url is correct

I did. It's on the right url, but when i try to post a message or neomail or buy something or spin the wheel of excitement, it goes to the wrong page. It's really wierd and frustrating. :idea:

Well, the same thing happend to me when my dad installed a security program. If you have a security program running, that might be the cause.
