Does anyone know where to find some good guild layouts?

neopets.com/~csshelp might help you, or soup-faerie.com, but I don't know if they get them completely pre-done. But with these two, you can customize it better. :) Those are what I use. :D Hope that helps.

I tried searching for guild layouts and nothing attracts more members then using you own. I'm not saying that you cant use other peoples but it just doesnt appeal to many people. Layouts use basically the same html except for html and header tags.

I definitly agree with this...the best way to get exactly what you are looking for is to do it yourself. I learned from the tutorial on this page

another reason why finding a layout that you'll like ont he internet is because you are not allowed to post guild layouts with neopet images on your site. neopets prohibits this. some good layouts feature anime characters, but it can get repetitive since many people use the same layouts...
plus, membrs are looking for imaginative layouts as well.
so, make your own layout, with neopets stuff, and it'll attract people of all interests. making a layout isn't hard either.
