I want my left frame to scroll along with my main page. I know that I can't do this with normal frames. I basically want the codes necesary to do what Lissa has on het page (with a different color scheme). If anyone know how do do this please explain how to me.

Thank you. I now understand that I have gotten tables and frames mixed up for a long time. I was wondering if anyone can walk me through turning www.eragon.0catch.com into a tables page that has all the same measurements.
