Okay, I am absolutely clueless when it comes to frames. I used geocities (right now, at least) for my site and I would absolutely love to have frames on it. I've tried to read frames tutorials on the web before, but they haven't helped and have gotten me nowhere fast. Can anyone help me at all? Or at least give me a site where the tutorial on frames is understandable ?

The tutorial on lissa explains is the best I've come across. Are there any specific problems you're having?

Are you using the page builder? If so, you'll have to switch the the advanced file manager.
