okay i cant view any sources again and i have deleted my cookies but when i try to delete files(all offline content) it just locks up on my and then i end up having to end task. so what can i do???

If it locks up on you, it probably means there's a lot of junk in there and it's slowly clearing out... when you clear your temp files just, like, walk away from the PC and do something else, hopefully it'll do something then!

Yeah it takes ages, i clear mine out quite often and it takes a good 5 minutes, often longer!
