Like Princess said what do you want us to tell you? It uses normal html except for the html tags, header tags, etc.

well, i cant do anything for making a guild layout.

The worst part with lay-outs is always the coding. I find DIVS to be a personal choice in the past. You can find DIVS on LEIA. Then you have to play with the top and left until you have them centered with your blogs spots.
