Hey, I have a website that I want to add frames to. But I have a welcome page first. Here: http://www.jjjtserenity.tk I want to keep that on there, but I want to have a frame set. How would I do it?

Just put your framecode on the page that you linked with the word "enter"

so i see it's the page firstpage.htm

You just put your framecode on that one, then make the seperatepages for the frame and still keep your splash page the same page :)
