First, why not try making your own? Second, if anyone was to make you a layout for your guild, they'd need to know what you want, like what images, etc. You need to give some more details before we can help you.

airfaerie, who cares wut ur not allowed to do on neopets? look at the url in the url box, it says lissaexplains, not neopets. neopets has too many stupid rules, that most ppl aren't gonna follow, so give it up.

yeah, neopets has tons of stupid rules now....and they actually think ppl will follow them.

Well gee, it's supposed to be a site for kids, you know? The only reason Neopets has all these rules now is because people are misusng it.

Well, it is a 'kids' site, but from what I know, it was originally for college students. As for the rules, I looked in them, and I didn't see anything about it being wrong to pay somebody to make a guild for you. There really is nothing wrong about making a layout for someone, but being paid to do it...eh...might not be a good thing.

And believe it or not, lots of people do follow the rules, of which there are more that do follow the rules then those who don't, as those who don't usually get warned or frozen quite swiftly.
