just curios to know what version of windows do you have?

I have Win XP Professional. I got tired on Win 98 because it kept crashing on me, so I got the newest version. So far, no problems :)

98 SE :cheer2: I don't think XP is really all the great when when I've used it, way too user friendly :P

Yah, I'm not too fond of the stuff they first set you up with. I spent the entire first day with it changing the looks etc. of it :lol:

My mom has ME and she's had more problems than you think. I have XP Home.

My dad used to work on a DOS computer.

XP home.

One of the ones in the basement is a 95, and the other one...is a 3.1, which has died, so...

I hate the user-friendlyness of XP, but I've unprettied it and made things difficult so I don't care... I'm just glad that it's nearly impossible to crash it.

My version isin't up there for my laptop lol :( But my main computer has Windows XP and like lefty I hate the user friendly stuff it gets on my nerves lol so i took out all the stuff and put in the regular things i need :)

my mom even makes shortcuts on the desktop to A:\ :confused:

I am using XP here at school, windows ME at my mom's house XP at my dad's house and 95 at my grandparents house.

i have windows ME and it causes sooooo many problems, it may be more 'high-tech' than the older editions but i was much happier when i had windows 95. how i miss it...*sobs*

well I dont have a windows....but I have a Mac OS x...lol this has nothing to do with windows :)

Yeah, my first home computer had Windows 95 ( aka "Old Faithful"-she never crashed) now sits in my basement. We have to get rid of her....:crying:...nooooo!!!! My laptop has XP...and all I do on it is go online (Yes mom, I'm doing my homework :p) so it hasn't don't much...yet...and better not do anything...

i have windows XP. my favorite was windows 98 :D i remember on our old computer.. i mean OOOOOLD [like 80's old], i had to type "win.exe" to start it and stuff like that. i only have to do that in MS DOS mode, now :) it was so cute. it had like 12 colors, haha :lol:

Your old computer could have windows? Our's would have exploded if we tried installing windows, it wasn't compatible at all! :lol:

Yeah, my grand parents had Windows 3.1. We didn't have a computer for a LONG time (don't think it held me back much though), so that's what I learned on. I remember it being really cool. The games were really cool. But I'm glad things improved a bit :D

Windows XP on the computer in the room, my brother's old computer (it died) had windows 98 (his new one has XP too), downstairs has Windows ME (eww, I hate it!), and my brother had a really old 3.1 one, that was our original computer. It still works though, just we're not using it because we haven't thought up the use of having four computers yet (well, 6, counting my parents' laptops for work..). The 3.1 one could only really play games anyways, things like Zoombinis and "machine blast kill kill kill" or whatever that old shoot-'em-up bang bang game's called..

Our WIN 3.1 computer had Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego? I really liked that game. For some reason I feel like buying it.

for me, it's XP all the way! yesss! we used to have 98 but it sorta died, so we upgraded, and now XP, i <3 it. our school computers are so crumbly, they have 95 and i swear they're soooooooo slow. it's like wait five minutes after you click something. :D

I have Windows XP and am quite happy with it. :) The machine can be rather messed up sometimes, but I still like it.

I remember those days when I had 98.. I also had Windows 95 and 3.1 :P.

MY computer has ME mellinimum ( I think I spelled that wrong) and that just sucks big time.
Mine sucks. but of course this is our only computer. :Frown: Lucky me. I literaly fell like throwing my computer out the window. Sometimes.
