You can make webpages in it and add frames and tell the link what frame it should open up in...its really good. Thats how I started to make webpages.....then i used geocities then finally html. So it helps alot. It CAN be hard finding out some things, like image maps. Those don't really show up on Geocities, which is the site I have. I had to go to draac.com because I was having MAJOR boringness.
