im sorry for askin da same thing but sum of the things yall r sayin r complicated and i dont get it. how do u make a SIMPLE layout?

Well, it all depends on what you want it to look like and what you're going to use to format it. For example: you could use frames, tables, DIVS, etc. to format your site.
